APPLICABILITY
This User Agreement, along with the Terms of Service (collectively referred to as the “User Agreement”), governs the terms and conditions for the use of services and products offered by SumoSeat SS (“SumoSeat”).
Any individual or entity (“User”) who inquires about, accesses, or purchases any products or services from SumoSeat through its website, mobile applications, customer support channels, sales representatives, authorized distributors, or any other mode of interaction (collectively referred to as “Sales Channels”) agrees to be bound by this User Agreement. The website and mobile applications of SumoSeat are collectively referred to as the “Website.”
Both the User and SumoSeat are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties” to this User Agreement.
The “Terms of Service,” as provided on SumoSeat’s Website, detail the specific terms and conditions applicable to the various products or services offered. Users are advised to refer to the relevant Terms of Service specific to the product or service they purchase or engage with. These Terms of Service form an integral part of this User Agreement and are binding on the User.
ELIGIBILITY TO USE
The User must be at least 18 years of age and must possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to become a User and utilize the services of SumoSeat SS (“SumoSeat”). If you are under the age of 18 years or otherwise considered a minor under applicable laws, you are prohibited from registering as a User or transacting on or using the Website.
If a minor wishes to use or transact on the Website, such use or transaction must be conducted by a person of legal contracting age (a parent or legal guardian). SumoSeat reserves the right to terminate your account and/or restrict access to the Website if it is discovered that you are a minor, legally incompetent, or that the age information provided during account creation is false.
Before using the Website, engaging with any Sales Channels, or purchasing any products or services from SumoSeat, Users must read and understand this User Agreement. By continuing to use the Website or Sales Channels, Users are deemed to have accepted this User Agreement as a binding document governing their transactions and interactions with SumoSeat.
If you do not agree to any part of this User Agreement, you must refrain from accessing the Website or engaging with SumoSeat’s Sales Channels.
All rights and obligations of the User and SumoSeat regarding any products or services offered by SumoSeat are strictly governed by the scope of this User Agreement.
CONTENT
All content made available through SumoSeat SS (“SumoSeat”) via its various Sales Channels, including but not limited to text, images, audio, software, icons, and other similar materials (collectively referred to as “Content”), is owned by or licensed to SumoSeat and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are permitted to use this Content only as explicitly authorized within this User Agreement.
Users agree to comply with all instructions provided by SumoSeat that specify the appropriate manner in which the Content may be used.
The Website and other Sales Channels of SumoSeat may display proprietary logos, service marks, and trademarks. These intellectual properties are the exclusive property of SumoSeat or its affiliates, licensors, or partners. SumoSeat does not grant any User the right, license, or authority to use these proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks for any purpose.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Content or proprietary assets will constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.
WEBSITE
The SumoSeat SS (“SumoSeat”) Website is intended for use by bona fide Users for lawful purposes only.
Users shall not distribute, modify, exchange, sell, or transmit any content from the Website, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, for commercial, business, or public purposes without prior written authorization from SumoSeat.
This User Agreement grants a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Website as expressly permitted. Users agree not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the functioning of the Website in any manner.
Certain features of the Website may require Users to register and provide information, some of which may be personal in nature. Users represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. SumoSeat reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website without notice for any User providing false or incomplete information.
SumoSeat may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to the Website or its services at any time for maintenance or other reasons, without prior notice.
While SumoSeat strives to ensure that the Website and its content are free from viruses or malware, Users acknowledge that downloading any material from the Website is done at their own risk. SumoSeat is not liable for any damage to the User’s devices or loss of data resulting from such actions.
SumoSeat reserves the right to make periodic changes or improvements to the Website without prior notice. Users are encouraged to report any content on the Website that they believe to be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Reports can be submitted to sumoseat@gmail.com., providing a detailed description of the issue and the specific location of the content on the Website.
Users are prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, publishing, transmitting, or sharing any content on the Website that:
– Belongs to another person without the necessary rights or permissions.
– Is obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, racially or ethnically offensive, or promotes violence, hate speech, or enmity among groups based on religion, caste, or other protected characteristics.
– Infringes on any intellectual property rights, such as copyright or trademarks.
– Contains misleading or false information with the intent to deceive.
– Impersonates another individual or misrepresents the origin of information.
– Threatens the integrity, security, or sovereignty of any nation or promotes illegal activities.
– Contains malicious software, viruses, or code intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Website or its services.
PROCEDURE TO REPORT OBJECTIONABLE/INFRINGEMENT CONTENT
Users can report any content on the Website that they believe to be unlawful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or in violation of applicable laws. Reports should include:

By submitting a complaint, the complainant consents to SumoSeat sharing the complaint’s details with relevant third parties, including alleged violators, to assess and resolve the matter. SumoSeat will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues in good faith and within legal guidelines but is not liable for any actions or omissions arising from such complaints.
SumoSeat reserves all rights to take appropriate action, including removal of objectionable content, at its sole discretion.
LIMITED LIABILITY OF SumoSeat
1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SumoSeat SS (“SumoSeat”) acts solely as a online platform for providing live seat availability only and related services if mentioned explicitly (“Service Providers”) and does not assume the role of a car aggregator service provider or complementary services facilitated through its platform. SumoSeat’s liability is limited to providing the User with the product or service as described and confirmed at the time of purchase.
2 Any issues, damages, or concerns encountered by the User during the use of products or services procured through SumoSeat’s platform shall be the sole responsibility of the respective Service Provider. SumoSeat is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence on the part of any Service Provider.
3 Unless explicitly agreed to by SumoSeat as part of a specific product or service offering:
3.1 SumoSeat does not assume liability for the quality, functionality, or standard of the products or services provided by the respective Service Providers.
3.2 SumoSeat does not guarantee the fitness, suitability, or performance of such products or services as represented by the Service Providers.
3.3 SumoSeat does not ensure the availability of any specific products or services listed by the Service Providers at any given time.
4 By making a purchase , the User acknowledges that SumoSeat primarily provides a platform to facilitate the sale or distribution of products and service only. The ultimate responsibility and liability for the quality, delivery, and performance of the products or services rest with the respective Service Provider and not with the platform i.e SumoSeat.Consequently, the contract of service exists directly between the User and the Service Provider.
5 Users understand and agree that all product descriptions, specifications, or other service-related information displayed on the Website are provided by the respective Service Providers. SumoSeat cannot be held liable for inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or any content that contravenes applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
6 In all circumstances, SumoSeat’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific product or service in question, and no additional claims shall be entertained.
USER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Users are strongly encouraged to review the product descriptions and terms carefully before making a purchase on the SumoSeat SS (“SumoSeat”) platform. By proceeding with a booking, Users agree to abide by all conditions outlined in the confirmation or as specified in the booking voucher. These conditions are integral to and should be read in conjunction with this User Agreement.
If a User makes any purchase on behalf of another person, it is the User’s responsibility to inform the other party of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including all applicable rules and restrictions.
Users undertake to adhere to all guidelines, policies, and procedures specified by SumoSeat, as updated periodically. Furthermore, Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives issued by relevant authorities, including but not limited to central or local governments and regulatory bodies, concerning the use of products and services or for each transaction.
The services and products provided by SumoSeat are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SumoSeat reserves the right to modify or discontinue any features or functionalities of its services at its sole discretion, without prior notice. SumoSeat disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No verbal or written advice or information obtained from SumoSeat or its representatives will create any warranty not expressly outlined in this Agreement or the product-specific terms and conditions.
By using the SumoSeat platform, Users consent to being contacted by SumoSeat representatives through phone, email, or text messages for service-related updates, promotional offers, or feedback purposes. This consent overrides any preferences set by the User under the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) or any similar registry.
SECURITY AND ACCOUNT RELATED INFORMATION
When registering on the SumoSeat SS (“SumoSeat”) Website, the User is required to select a password to secure their account. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account information, as well as for any activities or transactions conducted under their account. The User must notify SumoSeat immediately in writing if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their account, password, or any breach of security. SumoSeat is not liable for any loss or damages incurred due to unauthorized use of the User’s account, with or without their knowledge. Users must not use anyone else’s account at any time.
Users understand that any information provided on the Website could potentially be read or intercepted by third parties if a security breach occurs at the User’s end.
SumoSeat ensures that sensitive data such as credit card, debit card, and banking information is stored securely in encrypted form, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. However, for purposes such as fraud detection or offering credit-based purchases, SumoSeat may verify certain User details, such as credit scores, as necessary.
Additionally, SumoSeat may share User information in anonymized or aggregated form with third parties engaged to perform specific tasks, such as payment processing, data hosting, and credit assessments, strictly in accordance with applicable laws.
SumoSeat employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard User information. However, while every effort is made to protect data, SumoSeat cannot guarantee that its systems will never experience a security breach that could affect User information.
User data held by SumoSeat may be disclosed to law enforcement or other governmental authorities without prior User consent, as required by law for lawful investigations or enforcement purposes.
FEES AND PAYMENT
SumoSeat operates on an online subscription model, and by subscribing to the services, the User agrees to pay the applicable subscription fees for access to content and services provided by SumoSeat. These fees are charged on a recurring basis, as specified in the subscription plan chosen by the User.
SumoSeat reserves the right to alter subscription fees, introduce new fees, or modify existing fees from time to time. Any changes in subscription fees or additional charges will be communicated to the User before the next billing cycle or at the time of renewal. Users are encouraged to review these changes before confirming their subscription or making payment.
In the event of any payment discrepancies, such as undercharging or technical errors leading to incorrect amounts being charged, SumoSeat reserves the right to charge the User the outstanding amount. The User agrees to promptly pay any such additional charges. If payment for such discrepancies is not made, SumoSeat reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the subscription service.
Any changes in taxes, levies, or government-imposed charges affecting the subscription fees will be borne by the User. These charges may apply without prior notice and could be retroactive, but will always be in accordance with applicable laws.
For any reason that the subscription service is not activated or confirmed, SumoSeat will process a refund for the subscription amount paid, and notify the User accordingly. However, SumoSeat is not obligated to provide an alternative subscription or replace the service. Refunds will be processed as per SumoSeat’s refund policy, and the User should reach out to the customer service team for any issues regarding refund timelines.
The User is fully responsible for all fees, charges, duties, taxes, and assessments that arise from using SumoSeat’s subscription services, as per applicable laws.
All payments must be made through legitimate bank accounts or authorized payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and other secure online payment platforms. SumoSeat or its representatives will never request payments to personal accounts or any account not held in the name of SumoSeat. The User acknowledges and agrees that any payments made to unauthorized accounts are solely at their own risk, and SumoSeat will not be held liable for any losses incurred from such payments.
The User is advised not to share sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card details, OTPs, CVV numbers, passwords, or personal identification numbers with anyone, including agents, employees, or representatives of SumoSeat. If the User receives any request for such information, they should immediately notify SumoSeat. SumoSeat will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the User due to the sharing of such information.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method used by the User for the subscription. Users should refer to SumoSeat’s cancellation and refund policy for further details on eligibility and processing timelines.
USAGE OF THE MOBILE NUMBER, COMMUNICATION DETAILS OF THE USER BY SUMOSEAT
SumoSeat will send communication to the User via SMS, email, internet-based messaging applications (such as WhatsApp), voice call, or any other communication details provided by the User during the subscription process. These communications may include, but are not limited to, subscription confirmations, payment receipts, payment failures, updates, account status, renewal reminders, important service notifications, or any other information relevant to the User’s subscription.
SumoSeat may also contact the User through these communication channels regarding any issues with the subscription, pending payments, updates, or to clarify any information necessary for fulfilling the User’s subscription request.
By subscribing to SumoSeat’s services, the User expressly consents to receive communications via SMS, email, voice calls, or messaging applications like WhatsApp for the following purposes:
– As a response to the User’s request for services and transactions.
– As ‘transactional’ communication, not for unsolicited commercial purposes, in compliance with applicable regulations, including those set forth by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
The User understands and agrees that such communications are part of the service, and by providing their contact information, they consent to receive them from SumoSeat. The User acknowledges that these communications are transactional in nature and will not be considered as unsolicited marketing or promotional messages under applicable laws.
The User will indemnify SumoSeat against any losses or damages incurred due to any actions taken by telecom authorities, service providers, or any other regulatory bodies in response to a wrongful complaint raised by the User regarding these communications, or due to the provision of incorrect or outdated contact details (such as phone numbers or email addresses) by the User.
If the User no longer wishes to receive transactional communications from SumoSeat, they must contact customer support or update their communication preferences as per SumoSeat’s instructions. However, the User acknowledges that certain essential communications related to their subscription may be required for the proper management of their account.
INSURANCE
Unless explicitly provided by SumoSeat in any specific subscription or service offering, obtaining sufficient insurance coverage is the responsibility of the User. SumoSeat shall not be held liable for any claims arising from situations that may have been covered by insurance, as this is the sole responsibility of the User.
In cases where insurance is included as part of the service or subscription provided by SumoSeat, such coverage will be governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party insurance provider. SumoSeat merely acts as an intermediary to facilitate the connection between the User and the insurance company. The User shall contact the insurance company directly for any claims, disputes, or inquiries related to the coverage.
SumoSeat shall not be held responsible for any partial acceptance, denial of claims, or any issues arising from the insurance provider’s decision-making or service. Any claims or disputes related to the insurance must be resolved directly between the User and the insurance company.
FORCE MAJEURE
There may be exceptional circumstances beyond the control of SumoSeat where it may be unable to fulfill its obligations related to its subscription services. These may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or decisions, labor strikes, technical failures, operational disruptions, internet service provider issues, or any other circumstances beyond SumoSeat’s control.
In such cases, SumoSeat will make its best efforts to inform Users as soon as reasonably possible and may offer alternatives where applicable. However, SumoSeat will not be liable for any failure to provide services due to these Force Majeure events. The User agrees that SumoSeat cannot be held responsible for any issues or losses arising from such circumstances.
If a User’s subscription cannot be processed due to technical issues (such as server downtime, payment gateway failures, or other unforeseen issues), SumoSeat’s responsibility will be limited to providing a refund, if applicable. This refund will fully discharge SumoSeat from any further obligations or liabilities related to that specific transaction. Any additional liabilities arising from such events will be borne by the User.
Under no circumstances shall SumoSeat be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages, arising from or in connection with the use of its website or services.
ADVERTISERS ON SUMOSEAT, AND LINKED WEBSITES
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or advertisements from third-party entities. SumoSeat does not control these external websites or the content they provide. Accessing any third-party website or using any third-party service is done entirely at the User’s own risk, and SumoSeat assumes no liability for the content, availability, or security of such websites.
SumoSeat is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or representations found on any linked third-party websites or on the advertisements displayed on the Website, especially when such information is provided or updated directly by the third-party advertisers or service providers.
SumoSeat does not endorse any advertisers on its Website, nor does it endorse any third-party websites linked to or from the Website. Users are advised to independently verify the accuracy and authenticity of any information provided by third-party sites.
The linked websites are not under the control of SumoSeat, and as such, SumoSeat is not responsible for the content of any linked site, nor for any subsequent links or changes to the content of those sites. SumoSeat provides these links for User convenience, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site.
RIGHT TO REFUSAL BY SUMOSEAT:
SumoSeat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any subscription or access to its services at its sole discretion, without providing any reason. SumoSeat is under no obligation to provide services or grant access to the platform until the complete payment or subscription fee is received from the User.
In addition to any other remedies available under this User Agreement or applicable law, SumoSeat may limit the User’s access, warn other users of the User’s actions, immediately suspend or terminate the User’s subscription or access, or refuse to provide the User with access to the platform if:
– The User is in breach of this User Agreement;
– SumoSeat is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the User;
– SumoSeat believes that the User’s actions may infringe upon third-party rights, violate any applicable law, or result in liability for SumoSeat, other users, or third parties.
Once suspended or terminated, the User shall not attempt to register again using different credentials or access the Website in any manner until reinstated by SumoSeat. SumoSeat may, at its sole discretion, reinstate suspended users.
If a User breaches this User Agreement, SumoSeat reserves the right to recover any outstanding amounts owed and take any necessary legal action.
USER CONDUCT:
The User shall not send or submit any content to SumoSeat that is:
– Abusive, threatening, offensive, defamatory, coercive, obscene, belligerent, glorifying violence, vulgar, sexually explicit, pornographic, illicit, or otherwise objectionable;
– Contrary to any applicable law;
– Violates third-party intellectual property rights;
– Spam or otherwise disruptive;
– In breach of any other part of these terms and conditions.
If a User violates these terms, SumoSeat reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
RIGHT TO REFUSAL BY SERVICE PROVIDERS:
The User acknowledges that the end service provider (e.g., content creators, partners, etc.) may refuse to provide services for any reason, including but not limited to behavioral issues, public safety concerns, health hazards, government orders, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the liability for such refusal rests solely with the service provider, and the User agrees that any claims, refunds, or damages arising from such refusals must be directed to the service provider and not to SumoSeat.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
The User expressly undertakes to provide SumoSeat with correct and valid information while subscribing to any service or accessing the platform under this User Agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts. Any default or inaccuracy on the part of the User will result in the User being disqualified from accessing the platform or using the services provided by SumoSeat.
In case SumoSeat discovers or has reasons to believe, at any time during or after receiving a subscription request from the User, that the request is unauthorized, or the information provided by the User is incorrect or that any fact has been misrepresented by the User, SumoSeat reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including suspending or canceling the User’s subscription, without any prior notice to the User. In such an event, SumoSeat shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the User or any third party due to such suspension or cancellation of access.
If any judicial, quasi-judicial, or government authority, investigation agency, or regulatory body instructs SumoSeat to cancel or suspend any subscription, SumoSeat will comply and take action without notifying the concerned User, whose subscription is affected.
The User agrees that SumoSeat shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken to safeguard its interests or those of its legitimate customers. This includes but is not limited to actions taken by SumoSeat to deny or cancel any subscription due to suspected fraudulent transactions or non-compliance with this User Agreement.
FAKE CALLS AND OTHER SIMILAR PHISHING, SPAMMING, OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
SumoSeat’s employees or authorized representatives will never contact a User requesting sensitive information such as credit/debit card numbers, expiry dates, CVV, net banking login credentials, passwords, OTP, or any other personal financial details. SumoSeat will never ask a User to transfer funds to a personal or individual bank account. Additionally, SumoSeat will never request that a User install third-party applications that grant remote access to their mobile or computer devices.
If you receive any such unsolicited requests or communication, it may be a phishing or fraudulent attempt, and you could potentially become a victim of fraud, resulting in loss of money or personal information.
Should you ever be contacted by someone claiming to represent SumoSeat in such a manner, please report it immediately to us at sumoseat@gmail.com. We advise all Users to exercise caution and avoid sharing sensitive information with anyone without proper verification.
INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sumoseat, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, lawful successors, and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements, and any applicable interest charges) that arise from or are related to any breach of the User’s representations, warranties, or non-performance of any covenant under this Agreement.
The User shall be solely responsible for any violation of country-specific laws, regulations, or general code of conduct, and Sumoseat shall not be held liable for any such breach. The User agrees to take full responsibility for their actions and to compensate Sumoseat for any damages incurred as a result of their non-compliance with applicable laws and terms of use.
CONTENT MODERATION.
Guest Review Moderation Guidelines
Sumoseat does not provide any services, and therefore, does not facilitate direct seat booking services or related reviews. However, if users share their experiences with Sumoseat’s services or platform, we ensure that all content (reviews, comments, feedback, etc.) submitted by users is moderated to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
All submitted reviews, comments, or other forms of content are initially auto-moderated. Content that does not meet our guidelines, such as reviews with suspected fraudulent activity, profanity, or irrelevant information, will be manually reviewed for further action.
While manually moderating, we make the best efforts to preserve the original meaning, tone, and intent of the content. Any grammatical corrections or rewording that may alter the review’s meaning will not be made. We understand that not all users are professional writers, and aim to keep reviews authentic and reflective of the users’ true experiences.
Sumoseat reserves the right to delete or investigate any review or comment that we suspect to be fake. We also reserve the right to remove or cease displaying any reviews based on suspicious activity or misuse.
Moderation Guidelines for Content Reviews
– Accepted Reviews:
– Both positive and negative reviews are accepted if they appear genuine.
– Reviews are posted exactly as written by the users, without altering grammar, spelling, or punctuation.
– Reviews that contain any abusive language, character assassinations, comparisons with competitors, or sensitive/controversial remarks will be partially removed or edited to ensure appropriate language.
– Rejected Reviews:
– Duplicate Reviews: Only the most recent reviews from users are accepted. Older reviews from the same user will be rejected to prevent fraud.
– Non-Applicable Reviews: Reviews that are not relevant to the services provided by Sumoseat or the user’s experience are rejected.
– Fake Reviews: Any reviews suspected to be fraudulent or submitted without genuine user experience are rejected.
– Irrelevant Reviews: Content that does not specifically address the services or experience with Sumoseat will be rejected.
– Suspicious Reviews: Reviews that are deemed suspicious based on the company’s moderation criteria will be rejected.
Moderation Guidelines for Image Reviews
Sumoseat does not currently accept or process image-based reviews, as we do not provide direct booking or travel-related services. Any images shared by users must be appropriate, related to their experience with the platform, and meet the general guidelines for content shared.
User Reply Moderation Guidelines
Sumoseat values open dialogue and encourages respectful interaction between users and Sumoseat representatives. Replies to user reviews or comments must adhere to the following guidelines:
– Accepted Replies:
– Genuine responses, whether positive or negative, that address the user’s experience with the platform.
– Responses that maintain a professional tone, provide clarification, or offer support regarding any concerns.
– Rejected Replies:
– Irrelevant Replies: Any reply that does not address the content of the original review or user comment.
– Offensive Replies: Replies containing inappropriate language, abusive words, defamatory remarks, or any comments attacking the user will be edited or rejected.
– Blank Replies: Any responses without content will be rejected.
– Contact Information: Replies that contain personal contact details, such as phone numbers or email addresses, will have this information removed.
– Solicitations: Replies encouraging users to contact Sumoseat or a representative for personal offers or discounts will be removed.
Sumoseat aims to ensure that all content shared on its platform is respectful, relevant, and helpful for other users. We reserve the right to modify or remove any content that violates our guidelines or that we deem inappropriate in any way.
RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM
Sumoseat uses a recommendation system to personalize and enhance your experience on our platform. The recommendations shown may be further refined based on additional filters you apply, such as price range, user ratings, or other preferences.
By default, search results are displayed in order of popularity. However, you can sort the results based on your preferences, such as user rating or price (lowest to highest or highest to lowest).
Additionally, some services or listings may appear with a badge marked “sponsored.” This indicates that the service provider has paid for the listing to be featured in that position as part of Sumoseat’s sponsored listing program.
The recommendation system is continuously refined to ensure that the options you see are as relevant and useful as possible, based on your preferences and behaviors.
MISCELLANEOUS
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall apply only to that specific provision or part thereof. The remainder of this User Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
JURISDICTION:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kashmir devision of the Union Territory of J&K,India.
AMENDMENT TO THE USER AGREEMENT:
Sumoseat reserves the right to amend or update this User Agreement from time to time. It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review this Agreement to stay informed of any changes.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Any information explicitly identified by Sumoseat as confidential must be kept confidential by the User and shall not be disclosed unless required by law or necessary to fulfill the obligations outlined in this User Agreement.
FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER:
Sumoseat values user feedback and strives to improve its services. By using the platform, the User authorizes Sumoseat to contact them for feedback regarding the services offered. Feedback may be solicited via email, phone calls, SMS, or other communication channels. If the User does not wish to be contacted, they can opt out by writing to Sumoseat at sumoseat@gmail.com.
PRIVACY POLICY:
The User agrees to be bound by Sumoseat’s Privacy Policy, which governs the use of personal information. By accessing and using the platform, the User consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, available on the Sumoseat website.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL:
Sumoseat is committed to resolving any issues raised by Users. If a User’s concern has not been addressed satisfactorily, they may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer. The grievance will be reviewed and addressed within 30 days from the date of escalation. Users should first raise their complaint, and if not resolved to their satisfaction or within 30 days, they may escalate the issue to the Grievance Officer. Please provide your reference number and ticket ID when submitting the grievance.
